Flooding w/ Out River Over-Flowing Banks

4/17/11 Had some minor flooding across the street at the launch area today (FERC Project 2616) and I noticed that the water was high alright but WAS NOT coming over the banks anywheres. So I asked myself "where is all this water coming from?" So I went over to investigate and found that the water was coming up through holes in the ground! Hope you can see in the pics.
